Kinderballet™ – The aim of Kinderballet™ is to introduce the basics of Classical Ballet through imagination and creative movement. ‘Preschool Ballet’ is simply ballet aimed at the preschool level. Kinderballet™ is a ballet program developed specifically for children aged between 2 and 5 years, as an introduction to Classical Ballet. Mah Jong – Beginners and Intermediate classes are held at St Andrew’s Undercroft during school term. Beginners’ classes run for 8 weeks. For more information on times and dates please call Judy on 0404 893 905.
Playball Indooroopilly provides Sports Coaching for children aged 2 – 8 years. The sports include soccer, cricket, hockey, volleyball, baseball, basketball, rugby and tennis. Playball meets in St Andrew’s Parish Hall each morning Monday – Friday and in St Andrew’s Undercroft on Saturday mornings. The Taoist Tai Chi Society of Australia is a not-for-profit volunteer-based charitable organisation which offers Tai Chi for health and well-being. The slow-motion moves of Tai Chi help develop balance, strength, flexibility, coordination and circulation. Tai Chi is also a moving meditation which helps to focus the mind, reduce stress and improve the ability to concentrate. Indooroopilly Toastmasters provides a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every individual member has the opportunity to develop oral communication and leadership skills, which in turn fosters self-confidence and personal growth. We believe that people learn best whilst enjoying themselves in a fun and supportive environment. We meet in the St Andrew’s Hall on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month at 6.45pm for a 7pm start.
